Terms and conditions of purchase

1. Object

These Conditions regulate the use of the website www.PERFUMISSIMA.es, owned by Perfumissima, and the contracting of the products offered through it. By placing an order, the user accepts these General Purchase Conditions.

2. Products

Perfumissima markets perfumes and related products. The characteristics, price, and availability of each product are shown on its profile. The images are indicative and may vary slightly.

3. Orders and purchasing process

To place an order, select the products, add them to the cart, and provide shipping and payment information. The order is considered formalized when the payment has been confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with the order details.

4. Prices and payment methods

Prices include applicable VAT and are expressed in euros (€). Accepted payment methods are credit card y Bizum. Payment must be made before shipping of the order.

5. Shipments

We ship to all of Spain through a courier company. The estimated delivery time is 48 hours from payment confirmation. There is also the option of in-store pickup (C/ San Vicente Mártir 51, Valencia).

If the carrier cannot deliver the order and an agreement is not reached with the customer, the applicable conditions will be applied according to the case, and the customer will be informed by email.

6. Order cancellation

The customer can cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting via email contact@perfumissima.es indicating the order number.

If the order has already been delivered to the carrier when the cancellation is requested, it must be managed as a return according to the return policy.

7. Returns and refunds

In accordance with current regulations, the customer has 14 natural days from the reception of the order to request the return without the need to indicate reasons.

Only product returns will be accepted unopened, in its original packaging and in perfect conditionFor hygiene reasons, returns of opened or manipulated perfumes are not accepted.

To initiate a return, contact contact@perfumissima.es indicating the order number and purchase details. Once the product is received and verified, the refund will be made by the same payment method used.

8. Warranty

All products are original and have the legal warranty of conformity established by the applicable regulations. In case of defective product, contact us to manage the replacement or repair in accordance with the law.

9. Responsibility

Perfumissima will not be responsible for delays or non-compliance caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond its reasonable control (for example, strikes, logistical incidents, natural disasters, etc.).

10. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish legislation. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the city of Valencia, unless the law establishes otherwise.
